So I didn’t get my Halloween costume done, but I did throw together a last minute Leia Ceremonial costume – >
I’m going to be redoing it next year, with a better necklace, the proper length (due to me walking around too much for what I made it for, I made it ankle length), and adjust the fit in the neck area… and with a better fabric! I don’t like what I used for the white dress part. But yeah, 2 days, not terrible.
Here’s some pics from various recent events I don’t think I’ve posted about..
Horrorfest – wore regular Leia (for only like 20 minutes – I didn’t have an iron in the room so it looked bad!), slave Leia (COLD), and Mara Jade.
Halloween – was pretty lame. I wore Belle and the new Leia.
ROTS event – buried somewhere in the 2005-2006 Trooping Folder. I wore regular Leia. It killed my ears.
Right now I haven’t felt like working on anything right away, so… we’ll see what’s next
