ARRRGH gateway!
They’ve moved my ship date to the 19th! It was supposed to ship yesterday!
I kept trying to call yesterday and speak to an actual human about it to figure out what was going on, but to no avail. I’m trying again at work today, where I can just put it on speaker phone until someone answers.
They are going to get an earful from me
