Ok April fools is over so here’s where I really Ok April fools is over so here’s where I really stand with my dragoncon 2025 projects/lineup. I’ve got my Deanna Troi fabric cut and last night I made the decision I wanted to dye it all, so I’ll be doing that tonight/tomorrow. And hopefully it’ll be done in time for me to start sewing this weekend. I have everything I need for Scarlet Witch; I still have my bodice patterns from my Wandavision version so I’m going to dig those out soon and get started on this! I’m finally digging in to my Belle ballgown version 3. I’ve got my ideas solidified enough to start and fabric ordered. Yay. Costume number 4 will remain a mystery for now. I have the fabric, but I don’t know yet that I have the time. Besides my new costumes this year I’ve also got stuff for Chase and my parents (!) to work on. Returning will be my Arwen blood red dress (it’s 20 this year so coming back out for its anniversary!), Tatooine Padme cuz why not, T’Lyn with the new wig, and Shin with the updates I did for the shoot.

(The Hollywood episodes were always my fav in general!) it bums me out I’ve only worn this twice - once at dragoncon and once for this Photoshoot. All of my screenshots of the back of this costume weren’t great, so I kinda just made it up, taking elements from the front designs to make something that looked at least similar to the blobs on my references. (Also by this point I was tired of working on this - I’d been beading and embroidering the front panel for a month and was ready to be done!!) I do love that this dress has a cape. It makes an otherwise pretty static costume fun to swish in. #doctorwho

For spring dapper day 2021 at WDW my husband and I did Chip and Dale inspired outfits. I really love how my Dale turned out, it was a fun project.

Front and back - Padme’s lake dress (the 2019 ve Front and back - Padme’s lake dress (the 2019 version) I just did that whole series about reshooting costumes id already photographed on the white backdrop and this is one that’s on the list to reshoot if I ever get the chance. My reasons are very nitpicky but it’s enough that id like to redo it one day.
