I got a bunch of stuff lately!
Got a Misato necklace off ebay. It’ll look much better than if I try to make it. I love it already (there’s a pic in my livejournal of me wearing it w/my misato wig)
Got a grey pleated skirt for Hermione. took a few pics today – they weren’t very good, I needed to crimp up my hair a little for it and didn’t have time, so we’re going to take some more later.
Got a blue shirt for Lina. Looks like it’ll work good.
Got knee high royal blue boots that kick SO MUCH BUTT. They are so cool, in a dorky kinda way. You know, “oh my god, I can’t believe I own these?!” They’re for Shadowcat. The only thing is, they’re glittery. It doesn’t show up too much if you stand away from them, so I don’t think it’ll be a problem. Now that I have the boots I can search for a matching blouse (yes, I’m building the costume off the boots! lol!)
Got knee high brown boots for Lina. Darker brown than my Cammy/Selphie boots, more form fitting, and with a bigger heel. And leather. Only thing is they’ve got that tapered heel I’m not good at walking in. I can now see how women twist their ankles while wearing heels. Dang man. No running in these shoes.
I’m just waiting on my red pants for Lina, now.
