Aw man, someone got in the truck while dad was at the studio last night and stole a bunch of dad’s CDs. A couple of music CDs, backup of his work, and some program CDs. How sucky is that?
So anyway. Hot Date rocks so much. Unfortunately it has the same problem House Party had for me – random crashes. AND on top that, every once in a while it’ll have a runtime error. That’s the bad thing about having a game that’s so new – very little online support for it. Dad says he’ll call Maxis this weekend and try to fix the problem once and for all.
But besides that, it’s so cool!! Being able to go downtown, talk to random people… and all the new interactive options!! Oh my god! It has a fun factor of 10!!
One funny thing that happens is that to create people downtown, the game just randomly selects heads and bodys out of the skins folder. So last night I had just a regular looking guy walking around with Crow T. Robot’s head.
Anyway. I have to go to work today and I really don’t want to.
