Random notes.
Well, last night I took a shower and then fell asleep… at 9! I went to work this morning, then came home, ate lunch, and went to school. It wasn’t a good day. I couldn’t find my class notebook when I came home – not that big a deal, since I could always just take notes in my other notebook and transfer them later, but I needed to know what I was suppose to read for my Writing class that afternoon. It HAD been in my scanner, since I had scanned it last week. But dad had apparently been in my room and scanning something, so it had been moved. And then mom cleaned my room and hidden it somewhere. I FINALLY found it, underneath a bunch of sketchbooks in a far corner of my room. I read my assignment and left for school. The trip there was HORRID.
First I almost hit a minivan as I was leaving the driveway. Then this stupid teenager ran a stop sign and nearly slammed into me (the road merges onto our road, he didn’t even slow down even tho he’s on the yield side). Then another guy who was behind him (who also didn’t stop), passed me like a bat out of hell for no good reason. Then some various annoyances, trucks, cops, etc. Then I got to school and found out the air conditioning was out. It was SO HOT up in the writing lab. And cold natured me had dressed for air conditioning. So I burnt up. We had class outside, but it was probably even worse, since now we had bugs to contend with, too. The machines were out of coke, so I ended up with grape soda (BLECH). I dumped the grape out and filled it up in the water fountain. Art History was ok, as was the ride home.
But everything was made a-OK again, cause when I got home my Evel Shirt from Tanja had arrived!!! It’s now my favourite piece of clothing! And to top it off, Tanja sent me an awesome Britan design and the best birthday card I’ve ever gotten !! THANK YOU Tanja!!
Tomorrow I have nothing to do, no work, no school, so I’m going to finish off my ebay stuff and finish some bookmarks. Yeah!
I leave next Tueday for Niagara Falls. Hopefully I’ll get some more work down there than I did in Chicago.
Now to tackle that bbs..
