Urk. I’ve been so busy lately. Some summer so far.
Actually, my parents took me to see AI again last night. It was a nice break from working all day. It was just as interesting the 2nd time around, and I noticed some things this time that I didn’t last time.
We also went and bought fabric for my costume the other day. We bought all the material for my Ruby Moon costume, well, the dress part at least (no wing material yet). We were looking over the remnant table just in case, and came across some black velvet and some white velvet. Seeing as how I love velvet more than any fabric in the world, my Ruby Moon costume is going to be mostly velvet, yay! Well, suede comes close to velvet. We found some dark blue suede, and that’s what we got for my Utena jacket. I’m quite happy! My aunt lent us her sewing machine, so we don’t have to go over to my grandmother’s every time I want to work on it. Mom took it in to get it serviced and cleaned and that kind of stuff yesterday, so hopefully we can get started soon. We didn’t buy anything for my Juri costume, she said that could wait :]
