Eras Tour Indy night one was ✨magical ✨ The Eras Tour Indy night one was ✨magical ✨ The concert was amazing, @lindenash ‘s friendship bracelet jacket and @chasingphotography ‘s jersey turned out so cute and it was so fun to get to wear my lavender haze costume from dragoncon to the actual concert! (Tho, I did switch to flats for standing for 3.5 hours). It was so surreal to actually see the show in person! I got to sing exile with Taylor Swift and 69,000 friends!! It was a once in a lifetime experience and I’m so, so grateful we were able to go.

It’s my 20th anniversary of my first “serious” Princess Leia costume! Here’s a retrospective; it was hard to find pics from every year because at some point I was like, “I have enough pics of this we don’t need to take more” 😹

I often get asked “hey where’d you get X for t I often get asked “hey where’d you get X for that costume?” so I decided to start a new series where I break down where all of my materials and pieces came from. Starting off with the one I get the most frequent questions about, my most recent Padme lake gown from 2019. (I really want to do this with a super old costume, like my fabric came from Hancock fabrics, my grandma gave me that piece, the wig was from Cosworx, the armor was a garbage can… 😹)

I can’t wait to get the rest of my Boushh costume fixed up to do a Photoshoot with this! It’s the Princess Leia costume I’ve worn least because I sold my original helmet only a year or so after finishing it! Also looking forward to setting up a cool little display around this - been wanting to install some shelving in a spot in our living room so this is a good kick in the pants to do that.

Probably not but that’s something I’ve wanted to do to this costume for yeaaars 😹 I think it’d be easier to just make a new bodice than alter this one that much !
