This is a back-dated post! In 2016 I went back through my old sketchbooks and “rescued” a lot of my old, lost artwork, and I’m slowly getting them re-added to my archives.
Going by my notes and the date on the art, I’m guessing this was as submission for the “FAX” – a monthly fanart exchange. Unfortunately I don’t know what artist this character belonged to.
