Discovered rifftrax was on hulu last night so I got a good bit done. Unfortunately, those straight line stitches at the top I wanted to take out? Half-way through removing the first one I realized it was damaging the fabric. UGH! So I stopped and left what was there and just went over the top of it with my embroidery…

I never did come back with a picture of the wig because I forgot to take one. So I took one this morning. I need to brush the wig out really well. It has been manhandled a lot recently so I need to get it looking nice again. I’ll probably rebraid the front, too, and I’m going to find some…

I finished the dress!! That’s one DragonCon costume down! Of course I STILL have not decided what all I’m making this year. I’m not totally feeling the two “big” costumes I was thinking of choosing between. Sigh. More on that later. I finally got started on a Dragoncon project!! Yes, the white elf dress I’m working on is also for Dragoncon – but I’m hoping to debut it at Memphis Comics Expo next month.
