Below you’ll find my blog posts about various art related activities. This tag is not well kept up and probably contains a lot of old and broken links.

Art Post: Valentine’s Day with Lockhart
his was Priscellie’s idea. I did this for Tanja’s Harry Potter Valentine Card Project. I was overly lazy with it – I should have gone back and looked at how I drew him the first time I ever did (he ended up looking like Phis Lariod from my comic SunDowner here). I also just flipped his original image to make…

Art Post: Piper and Indy (SunDowner)
When Piper was featured at the MOB, I did this super crappy pic of her for it. I already posted this somewhere else but oh well if you’ve already seen it sorry you’re seeing it again.

Art Post: Draco (Harry Potter)
This pic is so much better than my previous two attempts at Malfoy. I actually like this picture at the moment.

Comic Post: SunDowner, Issue #6
Issue #6 of SunDowner, from January 2001.

Art Post: LOTR gals
Ash as Arwen, Cath as Galadriel, and me as Eowyn — I started doing these for our costume page, but never got finished.

SunDowner 6 is up!!
SunDowner 6 is up, in addition to some beautiful new fanart. I think I’ve plugged SD6 enough. I’ve posted in enough forums to choke a cow. How would that choke a cow? Why would you want to choke a cow? I’m extremely tired at the moment, and just a tad punchy.

sketchblog: Christmas Ocha
I was going to do a matching Ocha card to go with my Piper Christmas card that DID get finished, but this was as far as I got.

when i hated my art
GOD I hate that picture I did of Piper I did for the MOB. Yeah. Blah.

Art Post: Merry Christmas 2K (SunDowner)
My online Xmas Card this year! This is still one of my favourite piper pics – not really for her, but more for the snow on the ground!

Sketchblog: Britan, Issue 6
This is a back-dated post! In 2016 I went back through my old sketchbooks and “rescued” a lot of my old, lost artwork, and I’m slowly getting them re-added to my archives. An inked sketch of Britan’s issue 6 outfit. It changed a tiny bit once it actually got in the comic.

Art Post: SunDowner
I did this for Super Freak Out. I rather like how it turned out. This was the first time I tried doing a cell-style colouring with the dull colours. And everybody turned out looking good, considering I drew it in 10 mins !

Art Post: Raine (Gift)
For the MOB! Du Brie’s cool character (no pun intended ^^;), Raine. I also ended up with a no-black-line version of this, here, which I actually like as much (if not better) than the normal version… just kinda neat !

Sketchblog: Harry Potter characters
Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny and Percy doodles

Art Post: Gracyn (SunDowner)
I like this one! The leather parts (the pants, the top, etc) didn’t turn out quite like I wanted, but I think it gets the job done. This is the first time I’ve done a good CG of her (yeh, it’s those dang dull colours again). I want to do one like this of each of the characters, but like…

Art Post: Scary Piper (SunDowner)
A very scary Piper with wrong, too big eyes. This was the next to last page of the SFO book. I was too lazy to draw something new. This had no background cause it was only intended for the front page… one day I’ll finish this all the way, cause in the original she was sitting on a pier or…

Art Post: Kat (Gift)
Katrina Thomas’ character. The eyes came out weird…

when i needed a sweater
My green sweater is missing. Where is it? I can’t find it. I wanted to wear it tonight. It’s the one James is wearing in this pic: I was wearing the sweater Remus is wearing earlier, but it was too hot. I want the lighter green sweater. FF7 Diary, Day 2, Later that day: So, I played during lunch and…

Art Post: Primrose (Gift)
I wish I’d inked ;_; Why do I keep doing that? Argh. Anyway, this is Nekomi’s character for the MCX. I really liked the colours on her, the dark red with the green. I wish I’d had time to do something better x_x

Art Post: Sailor Moon
I got her moon on her forehead upside down. Whoops. This thing is very large, 22×30. I drew it in Drawing class while we were looking at slides (which I shouldn’t have done, this was supposed to be the paper I was using in class that day), then came home and painted it while watching Mission: Impossible 2. Whoo hoo!
