Art Post: Various SunDowner Designs
Other character references from SunDowner… The villains and their main outfits. And two of Miles’ looks. In 2016 when I went back through my old sketchbooks, I found a few of these that weren’t finished. Here are two of Madison’s: And another of Miles’:

Art Post: Animal Crackers
Here’s the finished Animal Crackers poster… I’ve blathered about it enough in my other posts that I don’t really have much to say! Pretty happy with it!

Art Post: Rappaccini’s Daughter
Had to illustrate the story Rappaccini’s Daughter for school. It was a little rushed (as most school projects are). I have some more thoughts on it I’ll post later. In 2016 I dug up the original linework:

Sketchblog: Ocha and Piper
This is a back-dated post! In 2016 I went back through my old sketchbooks and “rescued” a lot of my old, lost artwork, and I’m slowly getting them re-added to my archives.

Art Post: Ocha oekaki
A more painterly oekaki doodle of Ocha. I did this real quick just to show my friend how an oekaki board worked. Early 2002. (Ocha had longer hair when she was younger, so this is a younger Ocha.) (oekaki was an online social drawing system.)

Art Post: Yuna oekaki (FFX)
I did this oekaki to look like the Lulu I did first, but this is my least favourite of the 4 FFX oekakis I did. Her face just doesn’t look right. I wish I’d planned it better. (oekaki was an online social drawing system.)

Art Post: A whole mess of SunDowner oekaki pics
I decided to post all of these together – these were all done throughout Feb 2002. I couldn’t get the expression on Qudiar’s face to look right, he looks far too happy. Kyte is good though. My second oekaki! a huge improvement over the first, cause I realised how to use layers. Heh. Still a bit sketchy and rough though.…

Art Post: Auron (FFX)
Auron is my favourite character. This picture got a little messy (I couldn’t find any good references of his sword, darnit), but I love the sleeve. Yes, the stupid sleeve is my favourite part. (oekaki was an online social drawing system.)

Art Post: Gandalf oekaki (Lord of the Rings)
Gandalf and Shadowfax, done in record time because I had to leave… messy watercolours but I’m happy with it all the same. There are a few things I would have fixed, but this is just an oekaki after all. (oekaki was an online social drawing system.)

Art Post: Ron and Hermione (Harry Potter)
For Tanja’s Valentine Project, the only couple I think will ever really happen… or, that is, should ever happen. I did a really rough sketch, scanned it, and used my lovely new tablet I got for Christmas to do the rest. I love my tablet!

Art Post: Harry Oekaki
A little Harry oekaki… sort of a mix between the “Odd Glowing Harry” from the Super Freak Out 3, and my Lulu oekaki from a few days beforehand. (oekaki was an online social drawing system.)
