My pictures for today’s post are taking forever to upload. So I’ll start with the things I already have uploaded – more new photoshoot pics!

I took pics with the ears and without the ears so you could see the little “fan” of hair I did at the top to kinda replicate the hairstyle in bun form. This is what I was going to do at Disney but didn’t because it was so cold and I wanted to be able to put a hat on. BUT I ended up liking the pics with the ears WAY more, so here’s one of the few I liked without the ears:

Picnic Disneybound:

I did decide to wear a wig for this, even though I wouldn’t have worn a wig like this in the parks… but it was easier to do since I shot the Amidala disneybound on the same day and I wanted my hair smooth for that look.

Yesterday we shot Troi and Lorne – so those’ll be coming up next. I don’t have all of the site updated with new pics yet, that’ll be soon. Next weekend we’ll do Padme/Lover and Belle. Hopefully Saturday. Would love to do them Thursday if I could squeeze it in, but it’s a busy week so probably not. After Christmas, we can do a few older ones over the break. I’m off for 2 weeks so plenty of time to get a few older things done. I don’t want to stretch too far into January but may do a few more the first weekend. I’ve got a list of 20 things I wanted to shoot – 8 of those were the new ones I’m doing/have already done first, and we’ll see how far I get into the other 12.

Here’s one of the new chairs in the dining room. Gotta clean them again but wanted to see it in action.

Also finally got a frame for the Leia print I’ve just had pinned up on the wall there in the dining room. Started to get it put up yesterday but the print is like… 1/8 too tall for the frame. So Chase is going to cut it down to fit.

Ash came over Friday night to watch the first 2 eps of the Taylor docu series. She brought me stickers! Going to put them on my laptop.

Thursday we went to the Memphis Zoo Lantern Fest and it was so fun!

Luna discovered she could use my hoodie as a sleeping bag.

Saturday we were out and about ALL. DAY. Left the house at 8, went to breakfast, and then christmas shopped. We didn’t get everything done but got a good chunk of it. Came home and ate a quick late lunch before going back outside to blow and rake all of the leaves down to the curb. We hired somebody to come vac it all up. Totally worth it. Having all of the leaves out of the way, I was finally able to put up our inflatables.

Somehow I always manage to get Santa positioned angled. I don’t know why. I think it’s because I assume the electrical cord is center back when it’s not. Didn’t put any lights up, just the 2 inflatables, our Mickey lightpole on the porch and a little penguin on one of the porch posts.

As soon as we were done with leaves, had to get re-dressed to go out to meet my parents for dinner. Came home and melted into the couch. It was a long day!

Sunday was the shoots and I was in a bad mood because #1, it’s hot AF in my upstairs bathroom where I do my makeup. I get cranky when I start to sweat before I’ve ever finished my makeup. #2 I had to put in those Troi contacts and they were irritating. #3 I put on a real bra for the Troi pics and I don’t know how anyone wears those things and #4 I got completely in costume, then couldn’t find my badge and had to search for it in full costume. I did find it. Shoot done and onto Lorne which was much easier.

Chase ran some errands on his own while I cleaned up, recorded some Lorne videos, and then took a nap. He got home just as I was getting up from the nap so good timing.

Still got a lot of christmas shopping to figure out. Ugh! And lots to do this week. Ready to be off work for a while.
