This adorable concept HAD to be pre-TPM, it’s so youthful looking… and it reminded me of Ozma of Oz! I decided to go with a picnic gown-inspired colour scheme – pale yellow dress with darker yellow collar/sleeves dotted with the floral sequins seen on the picnic dress. White satin embroidered tabard.
