A Gigantic Dump of Artwork
So I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I knew I had “a couple” of sketchbooks in the attic at my parents, that I’d seen them once when I had to go up there a few months ago. I wanted to go over and grab them and see what was in them, mostly driven by knowing that some of…

Art Post: Unfinished Costume Art
So I was trying to do this project where I was drawing each of the costumes I’d done, so I could use them as the reference in each portfolio entry — that way, I’d have a good full-length view of the costume I’d made for the viewer to compare. I actually got a few done before I abandoned the project…

Art Post: Xiaoyu
In 2012 I did this little project where I was trying to draw the characters I’ve costumed as — just quick little simple things I could use as the “reference image” on my costume site. I only got a few done before I decided I wasn’t going to use a reference image at all on my site anymore LOL So…

when i posted some old random art
No reason to freak out like a jerk and kill all humanity! Cath has gotten me hooked on Pretear. I like Himeno especially – she’s pretty cool. (no cosplay plans here, though. nothing is has caught my eye) I’ve been reorganizing my folders on here on my site (groundwork for a complete rebuild in the future) – the art section…

Art Post: Yuna oekaki (FFX)
I did this oekaki to look like the Lulu I did first, but this is my least favourite of the 4 FFX oekakis I did. Her face just doesn’t look right. I wish I’d planned it better. (oekaki was an online social drawing system.)

Art Post: Auron (FFX)
Auron is my favourite character. This picture got a little messy (I couldn’t find any good references of his sword, darnit), but I love the sleeve. Yes, the stupid sleeve is my favourite part. (oekaki was an online social drawing system.)

Art Post: Rikku oekaki (FFX)
I saved the linework of this one, because I think I want to recolour it in a bright sharper way someday. I think that would be more suited to it. Her face looks a little too manly, I could have fixed that but I didn’t notice it until later.

Art Post: Lulu oekaki (FFX)
This was the third oekaki I did, and it’s one of my favourites so far! I love lulu. I like this picture. (oekaki was an online social drawing system.)
