Art Post: Piper Huzzah!

Piper!!!! Piper is my quasi-site mascot. She’s my oldest character.
Here is Piper, cheering the fact that it’s time for Spring Break! I used real blocky CGing, trying to make it look a bit more cell-style, without actually DOING cell-style ^^;;
